Fun with Stats for Incoming Students COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY - SIPA Admissions Blog I spend a lot of time running reports and thought I would toss out some preliminary numbers regarding the incoming MIA, MPA, and MPA-DP classes.   The numbers are subject to change but I was answering some questions for those in the building the other day and thought I would pass some of the information as of early August along. The students we expect to join us for fall 2010 . . . . Have an average age of 27.44.   The youngest incoming student is 21 and the oldest is 50. Possess undergraduate degrees from 329 different colleges and universities. Are 57% female 43% male. Hail from 57 countries and are 43% international.
